Second Set is a brand of FreshGeo Ltd, 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX ("we"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• Reservation form: first name, email, age group, padel level, trip interests, how you travel and how you heard of us.
• Account: email address and the profile details you add.
• Bookings: your name, email and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Analytics: cookieless, aggregated page statistics.

Why

To hold your place, match you to a group at your level, run the trip and, if you agreed, email you about new trips. Our lawful bases are contract, consent and legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and the venue for confirmed guests (name only). We do not sell your data.

How long

Waitlist data for 24 months after your last contact; booking records for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
